Job description ABOUT YOUR ORGANISATION
At Workhorse Advisory we exist to support better outcomes for children and families. Our work centres on providing independent, evidence-based Family Reports and Social Assessments that help the Court make decisions in the best interests of children.
We work with families experiencing complex challenges and aim to bring clarity, fairness and a child-focused lens to every matter. Our approach is grounded in respect, cultural awareness and a commitment to amplifying the voices and experiences of children.
ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll work independently while being supported by an experienced, reflective team that values discussion, debriefing, and continuous learning.

* Sound clinical judgement and the ability to manage competing perspectives
* Confidence engaging with children and eliciting their views in a developmentally appropriate way
* The ability to work independently, manage your time, and meet deadlines
We welcome applicants with a range of experience levels who meet the core requirements and are committed to developing their practice.

* Work-from-home arrangements (with some in-person work as required)
* Supportive, experienced team with regular opportunities for debriefing and reflective practice
* Ongoing professional development and training opportunities
* Autonomy in managing your workload
* Meaningful, purpose-driven work that directly impacts children and families
