The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe and effective nursing care, supervising our support staff, under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN). The Registered Nurse provides complex care and supervision to ENs providing nursing care, ensuring care plans meet client needs. Support clients with complex medical needs. Essential requirements (selection criteria): Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse/Registered Nurse with no restrictions Diploma of Nursing (ENs) Bachelor of Nursing (RNs) A minimum of 6 months paid experience in aged care, disability, mental health, community or acute care* Willingness to work predominantly night duty First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to acquire) National Police Check (or willingness to acquire) Worker Screening check (or willingness to acquire) Ability to work within indirect supervision Proven technological, communication and time management skills A passion for providing quality care Strong administration and organisational skills The successful applicants will be employed on a casual with opportunity to grow into a permanent role.
