This is a full-time position that will see you working alongside experienced geotechnical drillers to support the delivery of critical projects.
As a Geotechnical Drillers Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of drilling operations.What you'll be doingAssist geotechnical drillers in the operation of drilling rigs and equipmentPrepare and maintain drilling sites, including setting up machinery and equipmentMonitor and maintain drilling fluid levels and compositionCollect and label soil and rock samples for laboratory testingPerform general site maintenance and cleanup dutiesEnsure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulationsWhat we're looking forSome experience in a construction, mining or geotechnical environmentA strong commitment to safety and attention to detailGood physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasksThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamA valid driver's licenceWhat we offerAt EI Australia, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
