Our disability support workers aim to reach the goals set out in that plan to ensure participants develop to their full potential.

**Eligibility Criteria for disability support worker role**:
- Proof of Right to work in Australia.
- National Police Check.
- Working with Children's check (WWCC).
- Certificate III and/or Certificate IV in Disability.
- A current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Their own TFN number.
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Photo ID such as their driver licence.
- NDIS worker's screening check.
**The role as a Disability Support Worker will include but not limited to**
- Providing personal care
- Domestic Assistance
- Meal Preparation and Assistance
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work with clients with complex intellectual disability
- Be a team player and have a strong positive "can do" attitude
- Be able to speak fluent English and help with complex behaviour management
whilst providing care
