Job Title: Disability Support Specialist
This role involves providing support to students with disabilities in a secondary school setting.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualised plans that promote student engagement and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to students with disabilities in the classroom and during extracurricular activities;
* Assist teachers in developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) that cater to the diverse needs of students;
* Collaborate with other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of support services across the school;
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to ensure effective implementation of IEPs;
* Participate in professional learning and growth opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in disability support and education.
