Job Title: Youth Support Service Worker
The role of the Youth Support Service Worker is to provide support and guidance to young people aged 10-18 who are at risk of entering the statutory youth justice system.
This position requires a strong understanding of adolescent development and the issues that underlie offending behaviour, as well as the ability to apply a range of intervention strategies and effectively problem-solve.
* Must possess the minimum qualification.
* Demonstrated experience in working with children and/or adolescents.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to divert young people away from the statutory youth justice system and help them achieve better life outcomes.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Police Check, and Working with Children Check prior to commencing employment.
