About the Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our finance team. This position plays a key part in supporting monthly labour and overhead allocations, delivering insightful financial performance reporting, and acting as a trusted business partner to selected capability areas. Responsibilities
* Support monthly labour and overhead allocation processes.
* Deliver accurate and timely financial performance and project cost reporting.
* Partner with cost account managers, capability managers, and project/program managers.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Support financial planning activities.
* Communicate financial insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
About you
* Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting.
* Full or part membership in ASCPA, ICA, CIMA or equivalent.
* Proven experience in financial management and analysis.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
* Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools is desirable.
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
