What you’ll be doing
- Lead & Inspire: work with the Restaurant Manager to motivate and guide a passionate crew.
- Be Hands-On: participate in grill, floor, and all-shifts activities to ensure smooth operations and happy guests.
- Focus on Quality: uphold high standards to create epic dining experiences.
- Smash Targets: drive performance, develop team skills, and celebrate wins.
- Coach & Develop: help team members master their craft across all stations.
- Stay on Point: manage safety, quality, and daily operations with precision.
