Student Services & Training Administration Officer
Gold Coast Trades College is seeking an organised, people-focused administrator to support our Short Courses, RPL programs and Apprenticeship pathways.
This role is fast-paced, student-facing, and central to keeping our training operations running smoothly.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for students and employers – handling enquiries, managing enrolments, preparing documentation and keeping communication flowing.
Daily tasks include phone/email enquiries, enrolment processing, document chasing, preparing resources, morning meet-and-greets, workshop and short course bookings, fee and payment plan coordination, and updating student records.
You'll also support our apprenticeship team by organising documentation and forms, coordinating apprenticeship recommencements, employer changes, transitions, etc.
About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
RTO sector or admin experience is ideal
Fun outgoing personality who loves creating positive relationships
Confident in Xcel
Social media / reel creation and advantage
