Onboarding Operations Specialist – 9 Month Contract
Location: Sydney, NSW (Onsite Role, No WFH)
Contract Length: 9 Months (with potential extension)

This role is part of a high-energy, people-first team that produces impactful onboarding experiences for new hires across APAC. If you're highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we'd love to hear from you.
* Own the end-to-end registration and attendance tracking for onboarding events
* Schedule training sessions, manage logistics, and respond to queries via email/Slack
* Create and assign onboarding events and learning courses for each cohort
* Deliver clear and consistent communication using tools like Marketing Cloud and Slack
* Maintain calendars, collateral, and event tracking systems
* Set up virtual or in-person training spaces and provide concierge-level support
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
What You'll Bring:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or similar platforms (highly desirable)
* Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and independently manage tasks
* Project coordination or program management experience a plus
* A proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach to challenges
