The Role
We're seeking experienced Advanced Scaffolders for upcoming shutdowns, maintenance, and project work at a Collie Refinery located in WA's Southwest with Casual and permanent roles available.
You'll be part of a high-performing team delivering structural, mechanical, and piping (SMP) solutions—erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
These positions operate on a Drive-In/Drive-Out (DIDO) basis and offer an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures
* Check levels in scaffolding structures
* Collaborate, manage or guide scaffolding teams to safely deliver quality work
* Structural, Mechanical, Piping (SMP) projects and maintenance
* Shutdown maintenance activities
* Mine site refurbishment
* Major asset overhauls
* Various project works

* Full Australian Working Rights
* Construction White Card
* Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification
* Advanced/Intermediate/Basic Scaffolder High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
* Advanced/Intermediate Scaffolding Verification of Competency (VOC)
* Working at Heights Certificate (valid)
* Enter and Work in Confined Space Certificate (valid)
* Attention to detail, accuracy and safety
