Your Role in Our Mission
As a Senior Tax Accountant, you'll deliver accounting, taxation, and business services to a diverse client base, including small and medium enterprises and individuals. Working with various structures such as trusts, partnerships, and companies, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
What You'll Do
* Provide tailored accounting and taxation advice.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver meaningful insights.
* Prepare and advise clients on BAS, IAS, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax, Div 7A and statutory reporting requirements.
* Proactively identify opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes.
* Mentor junior accountants as required.
* Liaise with clients, key stakeholders and the ATO.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and liaise with government bodies like the ATO.
What We're Looking For

* A degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting.
* 5+ years' experience in tax and business advisory services in a small to medium public practice accounting firm.
* CPA or CA qualification.
* Technical proficiency in software like Xero.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and a can‐do attitude.
* A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team.
