Your Role - Lead, Develop, and Drive Results You'll bring structure, rhythm, and energy to a well-established region, while continuing to evolve it for growth. Lead a large multi-site portfolio of 12 stores across NSW Coach and support Store and Area Managers to deliver results and grow their teams Own regional performance across sales, service, people, and operations Work closely with head office on planning, product, and promotional execution Identify challenges quickly, find practical solutions, and drive consistency About You - Fast-Paced, Commercial, and People-First You're confident and composed, able to balance pace with polish. You know how to connect with teams at all levels, but you also know how to hold the line and get results.
