As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting our employees, including those with disabilities. Your role will involve creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, providing training and mentorship, and ensuring that all team members can grow and succeed.
Please note that the shift would be from Mondays - Fridays 8.45am - 5.15pm.

To make an impact at Good Sammy, you will bring along with you your previous experiences you have gathered in retail management and having a strong understanding of store operations.
You will have a proven commitment to inclusivity and supporting individuals with disabilities whilst possessing excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Additionally, strong organisational and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
