We're South Australia's leading Optus Business Centre and managed IT services provider. We work with SMBs across Adelaide to deliver cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, unified communications, and business automation. Our stack includes Microsoft, Zoho, Acronis, WatchGuard, 3CX, and RingCentral — and we're growing.

This is a hands‐on, senior‐level engineering role with real variety. You'll own the cloud, network, voice, and security delivery for a portfolio of SMB clients — and you'll play an active part in how we bring AI and automation into what we do.

No two days are the same. One morning you might be deploying a WatchGuard firewall at a client site. By afternoon you're hardening an M365 tenant against a phishing campaign. Next week you're building a Power Automate workflow that saves a client two hours a day.

• Azure & Microsoft 365 — Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Conditional Access, and cost governance
• Networks — managed switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPN, Wi‐Fi, structured cabling
• Voice & UC — 3CX, RingCentral, VoIP migrations, and cloud PBX deployments
• AI & Automation — Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow automation for clients
• Security — EDR, Essential Eight, Zero Trust, MFA rollouts, and incident response
• Documentation — IT Glue, network diagrams, SOPs, and client asset management

• 3+ years in IT support or infrastructure, ideally within an MSP
• Solid Azure and M365 administration experience
• Strong networking fundamentals (firewalls, switching, VLANs, VPN)
• VoIP/UCaaS experience (3CX, RingCentral, or similar)
• PowerShell scripting confidence
• Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, or SC-300) are a big plus
• Clear communicator — you can explain a technical issue to a non‐technical business owner without making them feel small
