Contract Administrator (Intermediate) | Class 2 Residential
We're currently working with a well-established builder / developer-builder delivering a large-scale Class 2 residential project and are looking to appoint an Intermediate Contract Administrator to join the project team.
This role would suit a CA who is confident managing their own packages and is ready to take the next step on a technically robust residential build.

The Role
Reporting to a Senior CA / Commercial Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Letting and administering subcontract packages
Preparing and assessing variations
Progress claims, cost reporting and forecasting
Supporting procurement and contract negotiations
Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Engineer to manage commercial risk
Maintaining strong documentation and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
About You
3–6 years' experience as a Contract Administrator
Proven exposure to Class 2 residential projects
Confident managing subcontractors and commercial processes
Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
Organised, proactive and commercially minded
Comfortable working in a site-based environment
