About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of our transmission and distribution power networks. This is a permanent 2/1 FIFO position from Perth to Cape Preston (day shift roster).
You will be responsible for:
* HV switching and network operations
* Operation and maintenance of HV equipment
* Fault finding and diagnostics on power systems
* Supporting reliable power generation and distribution
* Identifying improvements to plant systems and processes
* Ensuring safe operation of high voltage infrastructure.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful you will have:
* Electrical Licence unrestricted (Essential)
* High Voltage Switching Ticket (Essential)
* Current WA Manual Drivers Licence (Essential)
* Knowledge of HV switchgear, transformers and protection systems
* Power network operations or maintenance experience (Desirable).
