Veolia is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Hunter Water Treatment Operations Alliance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of 10 electrical professionals while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across 26 water and wastewater treatment plants.

What you'll be responsible for
Oversee all electrical works including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
Lead and mentor electrical trades and apprentices in best practices
Serve as the primary escalation point for electrical and instrumentation issues
Manage maintenance planning meetings and act as electrical lead
Conduct fault finding with PLC hardware and software systems
Perform calibration and maintenance of instrumentation equipment
Ensure compliance with Australian, Veolia, and Hunter Water standards
Manage electrical spare parts inventory and contractor relationships
Audit team member work and maintain safety standards
What you'll need to be successful
Electrical Trade or Engineering qualifications
Electrical Supervisors Certificate (License)
Demonstrated experience supervising electrical maintenance of heavy industrial plant
