This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis and will see you working in an AR team of 3.
**The Role**
- Invoicing: Create accurate invoices with product details and terms.
- Payment Processing: Record and reconcile received payments.
- Collections: Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
- Account Reconciliation: Ensure accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare AR reports and provide insights.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.
This position is looking to start ASAP, therefore you must be immediately available, or available to start with a few days' notice. You must also be residing in Perth to be considered.
**Your Profile**
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
- Detail-oriented mindset and an ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
