About The Role
This is a key office-based position supporting the Management team with the day-to-day operations of our commercial HVAC service business. The role focuses on coordination, leadership, and operational oversight to ensure efficient service delivery and excellent customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the operations team and subcontractors.
- Schedule, dispatch and coordinate HVAC technicians across multiple client sites throughout Victoria.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand service requirements and coordinate site visits
- Monitor, track and manage the progress of service jobs to ensure timely and efficient completion
- Provide regular and professional updates to clients regarding job status, delays, or changes
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, assets, contracts, and maintenance schedules
- Order parts, assist with troubleshooting, and elevate complex issues when required
- Identify opportunities to optimise service delivery, workflows, and client satisfaction
- Assist with basic quoting and support management with complex quote preparation
- Helping shape the future growth and direction of the business
About You / What We're Looking For
- Strong HVAC experience in commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, able to multitask and prioritise
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and technicians
- Commercially minded, able to manage team workflow and service contracts
- Technical HVAC knowledge and quoting experience
- Team player who thrives in a positive, easy-going office environment
- Solid technical understanding of HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues and make informed service decisions
- A strong desire to build better systems, improve efficiencies, and streamline processes
- Confidence using technology, job management systems, apps, and cloud-based platforms. Experience with SimPRO a plus.
- Experience in Building management systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems would be a plus.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a leadership, operations, or management role within a trade or service-based business
- Experience managing both field staff and project/job workflow
- Current Refrigeration, Electrical or Plumbing trade licence in Victoria
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements, compliance, and best practices
- Experience using job management software and operational systems
