Key Responsibilities
* Manage patient bookings, waitlists, cancellations and data entry using hospital information systems.
* Provide confidential frontline support via telephone, reception and written correspondence.
* Support clinicians and teams through accurate record management and workflow coordination.
* Work autonomously while contributing to team priorities, quality standards and patient safety.
* This role is Part‑Time, 57 hours per fortnight.
About You
* Strong administrative experience with sound knowledge of office procedures and information systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a client‑focused approach.
* Proven ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* High attention to detail, problem‑solving capability and adaptability in a changing environment.
