The Role
You'll be out on the road completing smoke alarm inspections, maintenance, and upgrades across residential properties.
This is a mobile role covering the Gold Coast & Northern NSW.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Conducting smoke alarm compliance inspections
* Performing routine maintenance & battery replacements
* Installing and upgrading smoke alarms
* Generating compliance reports & invoices onsite
* Picking up/dropping off keys and liaising with agents
* Communicating with property managers, landlords & tenants
* Managing your daily schedule and workload
What We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic (non-negotiable)
* Good communication skills, you'll deal with clients daily
* Ability to work independently on the road
* Organised and able to manage a schedule
* Physically capable (ladders, ceiling access, etc.)
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Experience in trades, maintenance, electrical or similar = a bonus
No experience with smoke alarms? Fine.
We'll train the right person. Attitude > experience.
