**Responsibilities**:
- Coach and develop team
- Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
- Opening and closing procedures
- Stock Management
- Adhere to Visual Merchandising standards
**To be successful in this role you will need to bring**:
- A passion for all things fashion
- Ability to provide genuine and personal customer service
- Experience working to budgets and KPIs
- Previous team leadership and fashion experience
