Responsibilities
Operate bus services safely and reliably according to timetable.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and assistance as needed.
Report any issues on the route and maintain a qualified and courteous manner at all times.
Pay and Training
During Training (first 4-6 weeks) - £12.21 per hour
After Training:
Weekdays - £12.97 per hour (£13.47 after 6pm) for the first 6 months, then £14.35 per hour (£14.85 after 6pm)
Saturday - £12.97 per hour for the first 6 months, then £14.35 per hour
Sunday - £13.62 per hour for the first 6 months, then £15.00 per hour
Pay rates reviewed via frequent pay negotiations.

Hours Of Work
5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance.
Mornings from 04:00, Afternoons from 12:00, Evenings from 18:00 on a rotational basis.
Fixed early, afternoon, or evening shifts are not offered.
Overtime available on request/availability.
Requirements
Must be over 18 years of age.
Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
No more than 6 points on your licence.
Can pass a drug and alcohol test.
Strong people and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work shifts.
