Ord River Electrics is seeking a motivated administration officer to join our team and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

The role will be very diverse providing administrative support to staff and management.
Key Responsibilities;
· Answering correspondence, phone calls, emails, mail, customer & website enquiries
· Prepare jobs in the online software system, liaise with staff and clients to schedule
· Data entry – accounts payable, accounts receivable
· Arranging employee needs such as flights, accommodation, apprentices
· Employee HR – maintain and update staff records, staff enquiries
· Assisting management with project jobs
Essential Skills;
· Proficient computer skills including word, excel and outlook
· Time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi task
· Demonstrated high quality written and verbal communication skills
· Team oriented and proactive attitude
Additional Desirable Skills;
· Previous experience in accounting/bookkeeping
· Knowledge of Xero
· Knowledge of job management software
· Background in construction business
