About the Role
As an Intern Animator, you will work closely with experienced animators to create and refine animations that bring our games to life. You'll collaborate with Animation Leads, Technical Animators, Designers, and Artists to support the development of high-quality character, object, and environmental animations.
You will participate in animation reviews, contribute to feedback discussions, and help ensure animations align with the game's overall style and direction. Along the way, you'll build your skills, gain hands‐on experience in a production environment, and develop a strong foundation in professional game animation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop 3D animations for game characters, objects, and environments
* Collaborate with the Animation Lead to ensure alignment with the game's visual style and direction
* Continuously develop skills through collaboration with the Animation team
* Participate in animation reviews and team discussions
* Work closely with Technical Animators, Character Artists, and Designers
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Animation, Game Design, or a related field
* Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D animation skills, including character animation
* Proficiency in industry‐standard 3D animation software such as Maya
* Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior team members
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Passion for video games and animation
* Bonus points: Experience with Unreal Engine (Not a requirement)
