Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with children and their families to preserve family units and facilitate reunification. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for human services to make a real difference in the lives of Queensland families.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support and guidance to families in crisis, helping them to navigate complex systems and access necessary resources.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective family intervention plans.
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs of each family and develop tailored support strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as social work, psychology or human services.
* A minimum of 18 months' experience working in human services, preferably in a case management or family support role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and community partners.
