JTC Technology is an IT support business based in the Hills District.
Servicing the educational sector across Sydney and the Central Coast.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administration Officer to join our team.
The hours for this role are adaptable to suit the right candidate e.g. School hours or semi-flexible days.
This part time role has the potential to optionally expand into a full-time role.
Training can be provided on our systems and processes for the selected candidate.
Administration Support:
Provide support in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
This may include assisting with scheduling, HR, Finance and customer service tasks
Manage office supplies and equipment
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries
