The Law Society of NSW supports the legal profession to ensure a just society.
This customer-facing role provides support to solicitors and the public. You will be the first point of contact for a high volume of incoming enquiries, including telephone and email requests.
* Respond to telephone and email enquiries from solicitors and the public about practising in NSW, law practices, and general inquiries.
* Assist solicitors with online lodgement to renew a license by telephone and email.
* Maintain database records and perform data entry tasks.
* Prepare documents for lawyers regarding applications for Certificates of Fitness.
* Perform general office duties, including mail management, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
* Support other team members with various tasks as directed by the Manager or Director, Licensing and Registry.
