LET'S EXPLORE THE ROLE
As the General Manager Private and Public Networks South Region,, you will lead the growth, local strategy, sales and operational performance across the NSW and VIC regions.
You'll drive business development, oversee project delivery, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure commercial success, all while championing BAI's culture and values.
This role is pivotal in positioning BAI as a market leader in private and public networks, acting as a centre of excellence for select industry verticals and collaborating with other regional GMs to deliver seamless service nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead regional operations ensuring delivery aligned to BAI's strategy and growth objectives.
* Drive business development, account management and hands on sales activity. ‑on sales activity.
* Build strong customer and industry relationships, identifying new opportunities to expand market share.
* Oversee project management, resource planning, operational performance and risk management.
* Manage state-based P&L to ensure commercial performance and sustainable profitability.
