Based at our Salisbury Office, this role is responsible for reception duties, coordinating meetings and site activities, maintaining office supplies, and providing administrative support across our community programs. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing a range of office tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou're a friendly and reliable professional with strong administration skills and a passion for supporting others. You thrive in a busy workplace, are highly organised, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. With at least two years of admin experience, ideally in a community services setting, you're confident managing reception duties, handling sensitive information, and juggling multiple priorities. You bring a positive attitude, cultural awareness, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and respectful space for clients, staff, and visitors alike.
