The Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our global transformation team in Brisbane on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role you will engage with stakeholders globally to implement significant change across the firm. You will be responsible for examining and analysing business processes, identifying and assessing improvement opportunities, defining requirements and ensuring that information systems are effectively implemented and utilized to meet business needs.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
* Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in customer facing roles focusing on process mapping, requirements gathering, process streamlining and efficiency improvements
* Proven track record in complex, large-scale business transformation projects ideally in global organizations
* Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal abilities to bring clarity to complex operational environment
* Able to influence, engage and manage stakeholders at all levels
* Extensive experience with technology and IT projects
* Certification/qualification in Business Analysis, Project or Change Management
