About the Role
Successful candidates will be responsible for achieving cost outcomes through the management of a direct team and subcontractors while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment. As the successful candidate you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will require:
Experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager for a head contractor and worked on projects from inception to completion up to $10M
You will also have the ability to build robust relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors
Great problem solving ability along with solid communication
Demonstrable understanding of safety, health and setting best practice
Proven experience using Procure will be favorable
The successful candidate will be offered a salary in line with the market and experience.
