We're on the hunt for a Product & Sourcing Manager who loves turning great ideas into great consumer products.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a key role in shaping our product direction and bringing new ideas to life in key product categories.
Day to day, that means you'll:
Help drive our company's financial goals through smart sourcing and product development.
Dive into trends, spot opportunities, and plan product presentations that excite our customers to help grow the business.
Own the full product journey — from concept, sourcing and development through to production, delivery, and post-launch performance.
Establish strong relationships with new and existing international suppliers evaluating their quality and capabilities, ensuring our KPI's are met.
What we're looking for:
You're naturally curious about products and retail markets, with a knack for finding what's next.
You can talk specifications with suppliers, easily translating that information for our retail customers and ultimately end consumers.
Ideally, you'll have:
Demonstrated experience in a similar product sourcing or management role ideally within the retail consumer products environment.
Ability to travel interstate and internationally.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple products and projects.
Creative and analytical thinking.
Excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills to liaise with internal teams and suppliers.
