About the role
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives and target market segments
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, competitor activity and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and business decisions
- Manage and optimise the company website, including developing SEO strategies, analysing user behaviour, and recommending improvements to enhance digital performance and customer engagement
- Design, implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, YouTube Ads and social media platforms
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including media providers, influencers and agencies
- Develop and oversee SEO strategies, including liaising with external providers, to improve website visibility, search rankings and overall digital performance
- Coordinate online and offline marketing initiatives, including promotions, brand events and advertising activities
- Analyse marketing campaign performance, market trends and customer insights, and prepare reports with strategic recommendations to optimise future marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
About you
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or at least 5 years of experience in the field (Portfolio required) in lieu of formal qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience in a similar role
- A firm grasp of social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with excellent creative and execution abilities.
- Proficiency in using mainstream media channels such as TV, Radio, Outdoor, Print. The ability to book media on all above channels.
- Ability to film/shoot short social media style advert/vlogs/content to help bolster other mainstream media channels
- Experience in an agency (even via work experience or employment) is preferred, but not required. The ability to work in team workplace is paramount
