Looking for a role that's more than just a desk job? Love the ocean, people, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes? At Sunlover Reef Cruises, we're on the hunt for a full-time Operations Support to help keep our reef adventures running like clockwork.
What you'll be doing
No two days are the same out on the reef In this role, you'll:
* Keep things moving smoothly by supporting our management team and daily operations
* Juggle rostering, customer service, and health & safety like a pro
* Be the go-to person for problem solving – whether it's a guest query or a last-minute hiccup
* Keep an eye on performance and help us find ways to do things even better
* Pitch in with creating and rolling out new procedures to keep us ahead of the game
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you've got:
* 3 years of experience in tourism operations (bonus points if it's marine or cruise-based)
* Top-notch customer service skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Solid computer know-how (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* An Australian driver's licence and full working rights (or a valid work visa)
Extra brownie points if you have:
* Coxswain Grade 1 NC
* Divemaster or PADI Instructor certification
* MED 2
* RSA
