About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (minimum 5 years' experience) who can manage conveyancing matters independently from start to finish. This is an opportunity to work close to home in a small team that values a healthy work–life balance.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing all NSW conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement;
* Preparing and reviewing contracts;
* Helping clients understand their transactions with clear, practical advice;
* Liaising with clients, agents, and brokers;
* Handling files through LEAP and completing settlements via PEXA; and
* Maintaining strong attention to detail and excellent client communication.
Remuneration
