Job Title: Business Development Manager
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with employers to secure job placements for program participants. This exciting opportunity requires an individual who is self-motivated, results-driven, and experienced in sales, business development, account management, and/or outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and maintain strong employer networks across Western Adelaide
* To work closely with Employment Consultants to identify suitable employment opportunities for participants
* To negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements
* To comply with all relevant compliance requirements and database input needs
