This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80‐year relationship with the Australian Defence Force.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to project managers (internally and externally).
* Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from project managers, internal stakeholders and Defence.
* Review project handover/takeover documentation and provide quality‐control feedback, including validation of accurate project data, drawings, operation & maintenance manuals and related documentation.
* Maintain project documentation, records and reporting tools to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Support the management of defects associated with projects during the defect liability period (DLP).
* Support communication and engagement across internal teams, Defence, project managers and external partners.
* Visit project sites and attend project meetings as required.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project documentation and data meet Defence requirements.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
* Commitment to delivering high‐quality outcomes and a strong work ethic.
