What You'll Be Doing
Provide secure nursing practice within the Operating Theatre in the areas of Anaesthetics, Circulating/ Instrument and Step Down Unit as part of a multidisciplinary team.

How To Apply
To be considered for this position, please address the selection criteria thoroughly:
Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with demonstrated experience in Operating Room/Critical Care Nursing.
Demonstrated understanding of ACORN standards and NSW Ministry of Health policies related to Operating Theatre.
Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement patient-centred care.
Commitment to professional development and maintaining competence, with willingness to share expertise with colleagues.
Effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Sound knowledge of infection control principles and WHS requirements.
Competence, confidence and accountability in the safe delivery of patient care in the operating room within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families to improve health outcomes.
