About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Manager to join the JMO Property Group team in our Ormeau, Queensland office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships in our portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in residential property management, with a proven track record of success and at least two years in a leadership or senior role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, demonstrating conflict resolution skills
Experience in pod based structure, predominately overseeing vendor relationships, no tenant communication
Ability to collaborate with administration and marketing teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Thorough knowledge of relevant property management legislation, including tenancy laws and regulations, compliance documents and attending QCAT as required
Entry and Exit Condition reports
Proficient in using property management software including Propertyme, Property Tree, Ignite, Realworks and REX
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
