Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our service desk, you will be responsible for providing fast, efficient, and friendly customer service to our clients.
Our ideal candidate will have experience leading, mentoring, and training service desk staff. You will also have the ability to respond to and resolve customer requests in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include accurately documenting calls and incidents, managing time and workload to meet predetermined service levels, and maintaining data accuracy in our contact management system.
Additional duties may include assigning incidents and requests to the correct support group, acting as a single point of contact on incidents and problems logged, and performing appropriate diagnostics to initiate problem management workflow process.
As a flexible and professional individual, you will be required to work in a 24/7 environment and be able to work on a rotating shift roster including nights and weekends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Active NV1 Security Clearance is required, and the ability to obtain NV2 Security Clearance is preferred.
Must be an Australian Citizen. Applicants with customer service experience are preferred.
1 year of IT Service Desk experience is desirable. Education, training, and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a relevant certificate course and/or relevant experience in Information Technology is also preferred.
