Our team plays an integral role in setting up Culture Amp's long-term strategy and delivering strategic projects in partnership with the business that accelerates Culture Amp's growth. What You Bring to Our Camp:
You have 4+ years of experience in strategy at a consulting firm or within an internal strategy or corporate development function
You have the mindset of a future COO, and have a penchant for designing pragmatic and right-sized strategy processes as the business grows
You can build high-quality artefacts and templates to support and guide teams with strategic prioritisation and planning
You make clear, structured communications with Exec and leaders to create a case for change

Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher.
3+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles, 7-10 years of post-under grad experience.
Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.
Experience in management consulting, strategy and operations is preferred.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across multiple business units, especially sales and finance, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate for successful program implementation.
Stakeholder Management: Experience partnering with executive/senior stakeholders to drive influence and thought leadership

Reporting into the Field Sales Manager you will be joining our team of energetic and Game Changing Business Development Managers that make up a crucial cohort of our Commercial Function at Diageo Australia. Drive revenue via the Klook platform by ensuring the right products are acquired and optimized for our global customer base
Work with partners to identify opportunities to promote their products and develop the Klook brand in the ANZ market

At least 3-5 years work experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, and working collaboratively with potential partners, and the commercial team, you will be accountable for bringing in new business at Fresha. This includes managing telephone-based sales with an end-to-end sales cycle for key cities and territories as identified by the company strategy .
