Job Summary
The Operations Support Administrator role involves providing key administrative support to a service team. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Finance and Accounts Team by allocating, tracking, reporting, and escalating maintenance tasks.
* Maintaining high-quality data and records for assets and maintenance, ensuring they are up-to-date.
* Managing the internal helpdesk line, answering calls from engineers and client services, and updating tasks as required.
* Closing work orders, entering close-off numbers, and verifying checks to move purchase orders to approved status.
* Liaising daily with technicians to ensure service level agreements meet performance key performance indicators.
* Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Key Requirements
* General knowledge of maintenance activities.
* High computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn new programs.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Desirable: Training in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and environmental related disciplines.
