Job Description:
* Provide expert HR advice to Retail team managers in Melbourne.
* Mentor managers to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and operational efficiency.
This role is perfect for an experienced HR professional who wants to make a real impact on our business. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our Retail team managers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in order to better manage their teams.
As an Employee Engagement and Operational Excellence Manager you will work closely with the Retail leadership team to implement strategies that drive engagement, productivity and retention. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to individual team members on specific areas of improvement such as communication skills or conflict resolution techniques.
We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical capabilities combined with good communication abilities which enable effective collaboration within cross-functional teams across various departments from finance through sales/marketing up until human resources etc..
