The Role
As our Head of Paid Media and Strategy, you're that extraordinary person who'll lead our Brandformance media team, distilling complex challenges into effective campaigns, like these for Mutti and Boost Mobile. As a part of our leadership team, your take charge on driving the quality of our work and owning how the function performs day-to-day.
It's fair to say this role demands a strong natural leader who can balance innovation in paid media buying and management with operational excellence, leveraging adtech, AI, and automation to enhance sophistication, efficiency, and performance, while connecting brand and performance to drive real business outcomes.

Some specifics on the role
* Own key client relationships, media budgets, and strategic direction
* Lead and develop a high-performing Paid Media team, creating a supportive environment while setting clear expectations on delivery, quality, and accountability
* Own the end-to-end delivery of Paid Media, ensuring work is on time, high quality, and aligned to client objectives
* Lead Paid Media strategy across clients, driving a strong brandformance approach that delivers real business outcomes
* Evolve our media offering through innovation in buying, planning, and optimisation, leveraging adtech, AI, and automation
* Maintain strong oversight of campaign execution, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels
* Drive commercial performance through strong scope management, resourcing, and growth across clients
* Build and leverage strong industry and publisher relationships to unlock better outcomes for clients
The experience
* Agency side experience essential, with at least 3 years in a leadership or Head Of role
* Experience in both network and/or independent agencies, with exposure to working across large brands
* Proven ability to grow and lead high-performing teams
* Strong previous hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, and programmatic (ideally)
* Traditional media and affiliate experience highly desirable
* eCommerce and retail experience essential
