The Role
We are seeking a passionate go-getter to support our Operations Team at our Perth office, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day general administration duties supporting our Operations team, whilst working collaboratively across the broader team at Topdrill.
The position is Perth based (5:2 roster) Full-time role
The day to day
* Ensuring
site access compliance requirements are monitored and renewals completed
as required for operational and maintenance personnel (including but not
limited to medicals, drug & alcohol testing, and National Police
Clearances)
* Ensure the efficient administration of daily, weekly, and monthly task requirements, such as filing, scanning, data entry and PeopleTray updates
* Process travel and accommodation bookings for operational and maintenance personnel as required
* Ensure the roster board & People Tray rosters are up to date for all personnel in a timely manner
* Purchasing
administration duties
* Filing
and archiving
* Liaison
with management, site, and purchasing personnel
* Other
duties as directed by the Operations General Manager
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with exceptional organisation and communication skills. The successful candidate will
* Be a
self-starter with strong communication skills
* At least 2 years experience as an Operations Administrator/ Project Administrator (or similar) within the mining industry
* Be
able to obtain and maintain a current national police clearance
* Developed
interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain workplace
relationships
* Have
excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to
detail
* Have
strong computer skills in MS Office suite and internal systems such as PeopleTray (desirable)
