The Role
- Support lead agent in identifying and qualifying buyers and sellers
- Assist with property viewings, meetings, and negotiations
- Maintain client and prospect relationships
- Monitor market trends and property values
- Contribute to marketing content and listings
- Coordinate showings, open homes, and launch events
- Deliver high-level customer service throughout transactions
The Candidate
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Real Estate experience highly desirable
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license & vehicle
