We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise allocated civil infrastructure projects.
* The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, monitor construction progress, and prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
* They will also conduct technical reviews, provide guidance to subcontractors and construction teams, and maintain accurate project records.
* Additionally, they will ensure works comply with design, specifications, project management plans, and safety requirements.
* Effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams is essential for this role.
* The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to identify and report design or construction issues.
As a Senior Engineer (Civil), you will take a lead role in project planning, delivery, and client liaison across multiple civil infrastructure projects.
* You will provide high-level technical input, quality control, and risk management oversight.
* Guide junior engineers and support their professional development.
* Administer contracts in accordance with specifications and relevant standards.
* Contribute to tendering processes, fee proposals, and project scoping.
* Liaise with relevant authorities as required.
