About Our Portfolio Management Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced portfolio manager to join our Centre Management team. As a leader in delivering top-tier management services, we have a strong reputation for excellence in the retail industry.
The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of centres across North & South Perth, providing support to clients in administering lease requirements, managing tenancy schedules, and preparing annual income and expenditure budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to clients
* Manage and maintain accurate records of tenancies and leases
* Assist in the preparation of annual financial forecasts and budgets
* Oversee centre inspections to ensure high standards of presentation
* Monitor and follow up on maintenance-related queries and works
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with occupiers
* Provide recommendations for capital expenditures
* Support marketing and promotional activities
* Manage arrears and provide regular financial reporting
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, preferably in retail management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and occupiers is critical.
